Napa Auto parts sells a Plasticote product ( more FB from Ohio)
I think about $8 for a can.
Practice first on some test metal.
NO PRIMER - Primer will inhibit wrinkling
Watch your temp when setting up the wrinkle - too much heat and you drive off the agent with little or no wrinkle
Not enough heat and no wrinkle
Two coats sprayed at correct time interval as indicated on can.
Surface must be smooth - any deep scratches will serve as starting point for wrinkle pattern and stand out.
Let the stuff cure - seriously, the wrinkle paint takes a long time to set up. Give it a couple of weeks on the shelf before putting it back on the radio.
