[Boatanchors] 2013 myth

Brian, when one inserts quotation marks around a word it means that the 
meaning is not to be taken literally.  It is an exaggeration or a play on 
words as I was attempting to do here.

This technique is used quite often for emphasis and does invoke comment - as 
it did from others, including yourself which is "good." - Oops!
there I go again - an old habit.
