[Boatanchors] Tube testing

I'd look in 'Tube Lore' for rough equivalents.

Most testers are essentially a switch matrix, with tube socket pins on one
axis, and the test terminals on the other axis; this is so you can connect
any tube pin to any test pin.

Set up the filament supply to the correct pins and select the correct
voltage.

Then onnect cathode to cathode test point, grid to grid test point, etc.

Set plate and grid voltages to nominal from data sheet.

Power up, watching plate current.

Then test GM. This will tell you, at least, if the tube is functional.

Except for pinout, you can probably get settings from a similar tube.

YMPV,

-John
