[Boatanchors] Micamold Paper Caps

On the Micamold capacitor there were two rows of three dots.  The first dot (upper left corner) indicated if the capacitor was paper or a silver mica.  If the first dot was BLACK, it was a silver mica.  If the first dot was SILVER, the capacitor was a paper capacitor.
