[Boatanchors] Electrolytics- How Much is Too Much

1.5 mA is probably OK for most purposes. The cap will dissipate aout 600
mW, which will not produce a lot of self-heating.
What would matter more is the trend-
If it's increasing, that's a bad sign.
If stable or decreasing over several hours, that's good.
