The 211 was an early power triode that came in multiple flavors from
multiple manufactures, Amperex, Cunningham, National Union, RCA,
Taylor, United Electonics and Westinghouse according to Sibley. The
211H (AKA HF150) would appear to be the Amperex contribution to the
mix. The most common 211 variant would probably be the VT-4-C
manufactured in LARGE numbers during WW2, mostly (?) by GE but also by
others (I have a pair of Amperex VT-4-Cs). According to Sibley the
VT-4-Cs also carried a "211 Spl" designation and was a 211 with "low
grid current limits" (?).
Probably no practical difference between the 211H and other 211 types
and variations. Word the description right, though, and you might get
a lot more for them on e-Bay. :^)
