[Boatanchors] eico schematic

M1 is a voltmeter, 0 to 20 vdc, M2 is an ampmeter, 0 to 20 amps dc, and on
mine, the item marked "relay K1" on the schematic is actually a 20 amp
circuit breaker, self-resetting.
