The microphone in question is a high impedance Turner 95D AKA Collins
SM-1. I just looked through an old Turner catalog and found a reference
to only one microphone where output was stated a reference to 1
volt/dyne/cm^2. All others were just given so many - db. So I suppose
that is it for Turner microphones.
