I understand *color*.  However, many shades of grey used by HP make it 
JUST as likely to be HP.  The meter itself is HP design/look.

I've seen so many different HP pieces, and Jim pointed out what appears 
to be *BEST* impression yet!

Looks like a variable bench Power supply with voltage/current 
adjustments along with mounting posts/banana jacks on the left and the 
right.

While we are at it - What is the one WAY to the RIGHT?  It IS HP. sort 
of similar to HP-4xx, or HP-1XX-X piece.
