[Boatanchors] Ranger VFO screws

It's possible to get those screws out without removing the front panel. A 
variety of screwdrivers (used to move the screws a few degrees from the 
side) and long nose pliers will do it.... I've done it on several EFJ 
rigs.  Tedious , yes but it can be done!
Whether it's faster than disassembling the whole front panel is another 
thing...in my case(s) yes.

I'm leery of magic cleaning elixirs, but Gojo is really good (and gentle) 
stuff!
