[Boatanchors] reduce power on ranger

My 1973 ARRL Handbook shows 2E26 at 600V maximum with typical CW operation at 600 and AM operation at 500.  Ip of 66 and 55 mA respectively.  I put a 2E26 in my Walter Ashe novice rig to replace the 6L6G.
