Vintage Magnum 6 RF speech processor, Model RF6DB-H4X.

 It's for use in 3395 kHz IF systems, and was used with a Heathkit SB-401, but it certainly can be used with other rigs that employ the same IF scheme. 

This is an all solid-state RF processor, but is typically used with tube-type transmitters. It can, of course, be used in any rig, including solid-state rigs, with a 3.395 MHz IF strip. $45 plus shipping. Photos via e-mail.
