[Boatanchors] Q-Multiplier for KWM-2

Would like to purchase the 340A unit that was originally developed by Waters Manufacturing and then later purchased by Barker and Williamson for the KWM-2?  Just the unit that plugs into the 9 pin socket on the chassis containing the circuitry and the 12AX7 tube.
