[Boatanchors] Copper oxide rectifiers

This has been soooo far back that I just don't remember what parts were 
electrical and what elements were the mechanical.

I'm sure the rotational, yaw, and pitch elements are a crazy combination 
of both!

Then there is the external portion that tracks across the map and marks 
it as the course is flown.
