[Boatanchors] Wanted: D 104 microphone parts

I have several D 104 microphones with missing parts from the HEADS. I 
would like to BUY  several D 104 Mics with defunct cartridges to acquire the screws and hardware such as the black three pin male and female 
connectors.  I have some missing screws and the tubes connecting the 
backs and fronts of the mic heads. I have a couple missing backs or 
fronts. These are mics I have accumulated over the years and I want to 
restore them.
If you have  D 104 mic heads 
ready for the parts bin, I would like to BUY some. No donations 
requested, just tell me what you have and what you want for them. I 
realize the difficulty getting cartridges, but I have ample cartridges,
