I assume that the full wave bridge would be connected to the outside of the transformer's HV secondary winding, and that the bridge's negative end would be connected to common.   

With this arrangement and typical losses, 370 VAC to the full wave bridge would give you about 500 VDC with a capacitor input filter connected to the bridge's positive terminal. With the center tap connected to another capacitor input filter, that other filter will show about 250 VDC.
