[Boatanchors] RME 69

Hi Bill,

That's not, at all, like mine.  The screws holding the dial bezel and 
the panel to the case are black #6 slotted panhead sheet-metal screws.  
The four larger screws, that I assume hold the panel to the chassis, are 
slotted roundheads.  DB-20 matches.
