[Boatanchors] Multi Elmac Model M-1070 Power Supply

The M-1070 is a power supply to power the Multi Elmac AF67 transmitter and
the PRM-7 Receiver...    I don't have one so I am attempting to build one...
I have a schematic and parts list but the HV transformer secondary AC volts
is not listed anywhere...  Maybe someone would have a manual that would list
that value?   I just need to know the unloaded ac voltage across the HV
