[Boatanchors] OT: crystals

In the remains of a small estate I recently purchased are two crystals.  They are about half the size of HC6 units.  The frequencies marked are 155.25 and 155.91.  I'll give them to whoever comes up with the best story (Rules of Ware) why they need them.

Please don't ask for them if you intend to resell them unless you just received your last (99th week) unemployment check and don't know where your next meal is going to come from.  If that's the case, please send me a copy of the check.
