     A kind soul has pointed out to me privately that I said 
_series_ when I meant _parallel_ for the extra loading caps. 
I do actually know the difference. Anyway, if one of the 
caps is used for the non-working bands but not for the 
others it, and the switch and wiring associated with it 
should be checked.  Also, the switch and wiring for whatever 
coil position is used on that band.  If the problem turns 
out to be one of these guys check the same thing for the 
non-working 15 meters.
