[Boatanchors] WTB Step Up Transformer 1:2 Ratio

Thanks to all who replied for my request for a step up transformer for 
110V to 220V used for a kitchen appliance.  I have decided the project 
is not worth the effort considering the bulk of a 1000W transformer and 
that the appliance would need refurbishing before it could be used.
