     I think the companies on the covers and spines 
contracted for a certain number with their names on them. 
These were probably given away to their best customers and 
sold to others.  I suspect that if we all look over the 
editions we have that the same ones will be found with 
several (maybe many) company names on them.  I've also seen 
editions that just had "Radio's Master" on the covers.  The 
ones I have now all have distributor names on them.
