[Boatanchors] 5KTULA-1 CRT

A lot of CRTs of that type were given unique type numbers for each
customer, sometimes they were
selected or checked for a parameter or two but in many cases were the
same. The hard part is getting
the OEM vs Internal P/N cross reference.
