I have searched about the Internet on vintage restoration parts and found some useful articles to aid me on this Project. But I have a question regarding capacitor replacement. I want to replace the paper and electrolytic capacitors for obvious reasons (Excessive hum in the Power Supply). Some of the tubular paper capacitors are rated for 400 Volts. My

In addition to the other answers you received I can add that you will be
glad you installed higher voltage caps if you decide to "solid state"
the power supply as some recommend. You will end up with somewhat
higher voltages just about *everywhere*.
I have an Apache here. I have almost sent it away several times.
Apparently the powers that be want it to stay here. It works but I think
I would be well off to recap mine, too.
