[Boatanchors] FM Adaptor Collins 148C-1

>From Joe in Okla...  w5jdy..  I am attempting to duplicate the Collins FM
Adaptor Model 148C-1 for my 75A2 receiver..  I have the parts but would like
someone who has one of them to furnish some details..  Like the size of the
box it is built in..  Height Width Depth..  A couple of pictures of the
inside would almost be too much to ask for...  I am willing to compensate
