It's easy enough to simulate with a pulse generator w/ double pulse
capability like a Systron-Donner/Dataulse 101, and a keyable RF oscillator
around 2 MHz.
On the SD, set:
Pulse Rep Rate = GRI
Pulse Delay = Master-Slave Delay
Pulse Width = LORAN-A pulse width per spec.
I do it precisely with Tektronix TM500 modules...
2x DD501
1x PG501
1x FG502
1 MHz crystal Oscillator for time base.
