[Boatanchors] Amphenol 9-pin connectors

This time I remember to attach the message.
Triode Electronics in Chicago had them along with the other Amphenol (now 
WPI) items in that series from 4 to 11 pins, caps, saddles, snap rings.
A bit pricey but reasonable

I don't know why, but they seem to be hard to find.  I have not had
much difficulty finding the 8 and 11 pin plugs and jacks but the
niners are a different story.  Must not have been used as much.  I
think some are on eBay but for $25.  ouch.
