My experience was any singular LORAN was very good for repeatability to the
same spot. Not as good as GPS arriving at a new destination. Not bad, just
not as good.
It sure beat dead reckoning in the fog off Buzzards Bay with currents and
wind

LORAN-C was actually very good. I could repeatedly get fixes <100'.

If anybody has a manual or other doc for an APN-9-A, please email me
off-list. Note: Yes, an APN-9-A!! This is not a typo. It does actually
exist. I have one. They are not mythical.
