Simply go to ask.com.  Input the closest Major Airport.

Such as: O'hara International Airport Approach plate

Go to the site that is the same as: 
<http://www.airnav.com/airport/*****> (the ***** is the international 
designation for that airport beginning with K***.

Look for the approach plates toward the bottom that indicate RNAV.

That is the GPS approach.

That racetrack symbol is the holding pattern.  Flown as 1 minute for the 
straight leg, followed by a "standard" 180 degree turn at a 30Deg angle 
of bank.

Anyone whom flies ILS does this.

INS isn't as accurate as GPS!
