[Boatanchors] Rebuttal to DF

There are giant problems with the FCC. Among the really serious ones is
LightSquared which is trying to build a 1.5 GHz terrestrial network of
something like 10,000 high power transmitters right next to the GPS
frequency. It is largely backed by a hedge fund (think billions). The
bigwig in the hedge fund is a big Obama bundler.

LightSquared has been shown to kill GPS usability.
