Guilty, as charged. Sometimes I just get disgusted with the way the powers
that be, whoever they are, treat an invaluable service such as Amateur Radio
as if it were rubbish.
Remember WW2 and December 7th? It was the personal HT-3 and SX-28 of William
Halligan, Sr., that the FBI borrowed from him, that sent the message to
Washington, D.C. that Pearl Harbor had been attacked by the Japanese. How
quickly some forget the many many benefits that Amateur Radio has provided
to citizens of this country, as well as many other countries.
Forgive my perhaps over zealous feelings, but sometimes even a list
moderater feels the urge to insert a ground rod in his mouth!
Now that you have gotten the venem out of your systems, let us get back to
business.
