[Boatanchors] Moderator rules the reflector

First- we have now posted far more messages gripeing about it than the .minor   Second- the blasted "delete" key works on e very keyboard and causes no ill will at all.  Unless the whole idea is to have something to gripe about.....

prerogative as custodian. If his agenda offends anyone, the delete
