Well ya know it looks like Duane did step over his own line in the sand.
But let's not beat him up about it any more than he has beaten us up
over the years. On some lists the owner/moderators can get carried
away...putting entire populations in hack for the sins of one or two.
Been there. But 'there' isn't 'here'. Duane has been pretty laid back.

I have been wading back into the "ARC 5" command receivers and I'm
having a ball. And now I even have the privilege of helping another ham
get his R-23 operational <ear to ear grin>.
