I hope you are interested in and follow the progress of the Cape Wind energy project.When Romney was governor of MA he was against it. Now, of coarse, he's for it.
 If your new location has a good onshore breeze, you might consider a wind generator to keep your filaments lit and double as an antenna tower.Wind energy is quite controversial but slowly gaining a following in Massachusetts.

P.S. Beware the salt air re your boatanchors. I'd invest in silica gel packs for anything you store long term.
