[Boatanchors] "Bargain" Capacitors

These are the first things to hit the trash bin , when I get an SP-600 for myself or to work on and I go through and replace them
with "REAL" QUALITY capacitors , that sure don't come close to costing me even $29.99 a pair , let alone another 100 .
I do that before I even start working on anything with them in it !!
I cut the leads off right at the capacitor purposely so they can't ever be used again ......So I thought ... I saw some for sale on
eBay that had no leads on them and they had bids on them and apparently sold !!!
UNBELIEVABLE !!!
