[Boatanchors] E-Bay Menus and Access to "Ham Radio" auctions have changed ?

As an IT person, believe you me... No IT guy is making these decisions. In a company like that, an IT guy will get fired for changing any functionality that wasn't 
requested by the business. It is all "product" people (category managers).

Lots of IT people trying to keep their jobs by making needless changes so they can report that they did something.
