[Boatanchors] E-Bay Menus and Access to "Ham Radio" auctions have changed ?

They're still flailing around trying to find the silver bullet that will
get them back to the halcyon days of a decade ago. They can't grasp that
the frenzy is over, the big attraction to their site has leveled off if not
waned a bit, and that their continual messing with a system prevents people
from remaining or ever becoming comfortable with using it.

They've become their own worst enemy well beyond the economy. Still a good
tool to have available, but less handy every time they screw it up more.
