[Boatanchors] Ham Radio & XYL's

I always took my wife to be to the current qth and showed her what the yard would look like and how one room of the house would look, as well as the garage. I am on wife number three, who sometimes has something to say as I am dragging in another boat anchor, or telling her we are making a road trip to pick up more radios. But I remind her she was thoroughly informed of my hobby and saw my shack and fully knew I was subject to buy more stuff. That will make her drop the subject. Same goes for the garage full of Harley Davidsons.

I made a deal with this one when we moved here.

No antennas in the yard which means from the street back to the edge of the
lawn behind the house, thats about an acre. The remaining 4 acres belongs to
me...period.

Oh and I also do all the mowing, shrub trimmining and maintenance.

We were married for 44 years and split last fall but are still close
friends, I was just at her apartment having dinner.

Been a ham 56 years.
