I made a deal with this one when we moved here.

No antennas in the yard which means from the street back to the edge of the 
lawn behind the house, thats about an acre. The remaining 4 acres belongs to 
me...period.

Oh and I also do all the mowing, shrub trimmining and maintenance.

We were married for 44 years and split last fall but are still close 
friends, I was just at her apartment having dinner.

Been a ham 56 years.
