[Boatanchors] Nice Rack Hardware?

Some years ago, a poster to a BA list described two part hardware used
to rack mount equipment. The first part is a stud threaded on each
end. That screws into the rack holes. Then you "hang" the equipment,
followed by a knurled barrel shaped nut that screws onto the end of the
stud sticking out through the equipment holes.

Particularly nice for hanging heavy equipment. You don't have to hold
things up with one arm while trying to get a rack screw started with
another.

I bought about 50 of them at that time and like them a lot.
Unfortunately no name on them and the container I received them in is an
unmarked small paper bag.

Obviously a different look then typical rack screws, but I like the the
ease of use and the unique appearance.

Any one know the name or source?
