[Boatanchors] Nice Rack Hardware?

My solution in http://www.mcmaster.com/

I use 10-32 stainless-steel oval-head machine screws and black nylon 
trim washers.  The plastic washers are easy on the painted panels.  
Learned this when I was design professional audio gear.
