I pretty much avoid indoor hamfests because you'll never see anything
there that weighs more than 30 lbs--no one wants to lug it across a
parking lot and into a building, then either the buyer or seller
doesn't want to lug it back out, so a lot of good stuff stays in
basements until summer when sellers can load it into the back of a
pickup, drive to the fairgrounds, park, drop the tail gate and be in
business. Indoors are still good for light weight parts, small
accessories, tools, wire and such but I'd prefer to just wait for the
outdoor fests that have everything. One exception here is a winter
fest right in my town about 2 miles from my QTH.
