[Boatanchors] tester for high power transmitting tubes (3-500Z etc.)

I have a device for testing 3-500z tubes for shorts with high voltage applied.

I recently saw a magazine article describing the building of such a tester. I cannot remember where I saw the magazine article describing the testing device.

DON'T EVEN MENTION USING AN OHM METER FOR THAT PURPOSE!!! I HAVE BEEN AROUND LONG ENOUGH AND HAD ENOUGH EXPERIENCE TO KNOW THAT TRANSMITTING TUBES OFTEN ONLY SHORT WHEN HIGH VOLTAGE IS APPLIED BECAUSE OF MINUTE SHORTS BECAUSE OF SAGGING GRIDS ETC.
