Copper strap offers lower inductance than stranded wire or the sheathing of
coax cable. But, you only need such low inductance for lightning protection.
The rest of your Earthing system reads much more like mains safety than RF.
It is possible to connect aluminium and copper. It can be soldered, brazed
or bolted - but why do it? Aluminium has higher resistivity than copper, it
corrodes away to nothing and is more expensive than copper.
