[Boatanchors] Calibration Capacitors

I recently acquired a nice Sprague T0-4 Tel0Omike.  I have it working 
nicely but need to calibrate the bridge.  I need a few precision value 
capacitors to use for standards.  Does anyone know of a reasonably 
priced source?  I have some 2% micas in the hundred pF range but would 
like to get something in the .001 to 1.0 range.
