[Boatanchors] Need info on BC-348R

The best edition to have for the HKLR is AN 16-40BC224-2 dated 07/20/45 
revised 05/11/48.  T.O. 12R2-3BC-112 revised 02/11/55 or 04/15/57 is a revision 
of 16-40BC224-2.  The revisions consisted mainly of the manual number 
change and several deletions.
