My Weston 798 Type 5B, dated 1951, is called a "Proportional Mutual 
Conductance Tubechecker" in the title of its manual. The nameplate 
simply says "Vacuum Tube Testing Equipment".

I am still looking for updated (anything after 1951) tube charts for it. 
It does not use a roll chart.
