[Boatanchors] Wanted: TO 12R2-2ARC21-2

Unlikely that anyone would have this but in the spirit of "you never know if you don't ask" here goes:
I need a clean readible copy of TO 12R2-2ARC21-2 .  This is not the TM but the actual TechnicalOrder.  As an alternative to a "for sale" copy, I'd gladly "rent" one long enough to have it reproduced.
