Brian,
The silence of the many way outnumber the critics. You're OK.

OK guys, you win. I am seeing the light here. By the way, almost nobody uses
that
ebay-fs QTH group from what I have seen. Almost no traffic, no discussion,
no fun,
no point. I won't bother with it. Maybe it will change. I use eBay very
little.
Apparently I have offended quite a few of you. I apologize for causing this
eruption
of protest the past week from some of you who were deeply offended by the
mention
of what I thought might be a useful part that I put on eBay. Sorry for not
realizing how
deeply offensive and divisive that action might become. This is obviously a
very, very big
deal to several here, as they have pointed out quite strongly for a few days
now.
It looks like nobody wants the eBay item that was mentioned anyway. I know
when
I am not welcome. Some people were annoyed by me, and I am not interesting
in
causing further trouble for others, nor in debating rules rather than radios
so I will bow
out of here graciously. Enjoy this group. It can be great a lot of the
time. I won't bother
you guys any more. Duane, I apologize if I broke a rule. I did not see it.
I am sure I probably missed it. Either way, this group is not for me and I
apologize for
offending some, and for adding to the disruption of things. So here is the
solution for
all those who have been caught up in the maelstrom. I will unsubscribe and
go away.
Problem solved.
If anybody is interested in subjects I like to discuss, homebrewing, tube
rigs, etc. or to
buy or sell among each other without panic, there are several other BA
groups that
are tolerant; I hope it is OK to mention where I will be: DC Boatanchors,
FL Boatanchors,
Nether.net Boatanchors, Yahoo Groups, Glowbugs and a few others where the
climate
is more relaxed and the sky isn't falling.
I wish each of you nothing but the very best. You are a great bunch of guys.
73 and Goodbye - Bry Carling, AF4K
