It is not a question of whom owns the lists.  ALL of Mailman.QTH.NET is 
"owned" by the person that took the entirety from Al Waller.

Each list is *Administered* by one person.

The instance of Boatanchors is:

"Administrator"!

Administrators:

The bellow guidelines are presented here to help you become a good 
net-citizen.
Each list here has it's own set of rules so what is acceptable behavior 
on one
list, may not be on another. However, if you follow the below guidelines 
for all
lists, you shouldn't have any problems. If you have any doubt that what 
you are
going to posts is acceptable, ask the list administrator first.

The fact becomes that Duane IS the list Administrator.  He is NOT the 
list owner.

If the list members want to say their piece, then write the list AND Duane.

Otherwise, just use your delete key!
